• Demonstration: Shaping, proofing + baking sticky buns
• Hands-on: Rolling brioche dough
• Hands-on: Filling and rolling sticky buns
• Take home: You will bring home a pack of Flour's famous sticky sticky buns to enjoy at home
• A spread of sweets + water will be provided in class
